After an unanticipated rest day on Saturday, and crappy weather on Sunday, I finally got out for my first long run of my marathon training on Monday. My mile splits were all over the place, partially because it took me a while to warm up, and partially because there were some hills involved.
This is where I ran, in case you’re interested. Sidewalks are lame, but I did get to run by lots of sweet houses. As a bonus, my knees/hips/feet didn’t hurt at all after this run. My calves on the other hand, were ridiculously sore.
